RETURN POLICY: 
Our policy is 30 days to return item.

We must get the item back to us within this 30 day period.

Contact us for exact return instructions so that we can return or exchange your item quickly.

If you fail to contact us or return item to wrong place no refund can be given.

You must have a tracking number when returning any item. This is to protect the buyer so that we can see you did return item and when it is to arrive back to us.

It is important that you contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item if you are reporting item received damage. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with invoice. To complete your return, we require a receipt or invoice proof of purchase.

Shipping a Return

In order for us to be able to help you quickly be sure you contact us right away with any concerns or issues.

2) To return your product, you should contact us at beattitudes2004@gmail for exact return instructions.
This is very important that you please DO NOT send it back to warehouse.
You must contact us prior to returns as some will be sent to separate warehouses or different locations.

3 ) All returns must be approved and returned to proper warehouse with tracking and insurance so that if your return is lost or stolen during return process you will be able to find it and open a ups claim.

4) You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If your item is damaged a claim must be filed with the company Ups, Usps or Fed-x.

Exchanges - when available.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at beattitudes2004@gmail.com and we will give you exact instructions on how to process your return.
We will do all that we can to make sure you are another happy return customer.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund or exchange. Exchanges will be done if item is still in stock and available. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card Via Paypal, within 7-14 days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again or paypal account.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
